WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before you apply, make sure you meet the following criteria:
For Engineering Courses:
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12th (10+2) with
Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science.
Minimum Marks:
o General category: At least 45% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
o SC/ST/OBC/PwD category: At least 40% in PCM.
Age Requirement:
o Minimum 17 years as of December 31, 2025.
o No upper age limit (except for Marine Engineering, which requires a maximum age of 25 years).
For Pharmacy Courses:
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
Minimum Marks:
o General category: At least 45% in PCB/PCM.
o SC/ST/OBC/PwD category: At least 40% in PCB/PCM.
Age Requirement: Minimum 17 years.
WBJEE 2025 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme
WBJEE consists of two papers

Marking Scheme:

Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR-based, pen-and-paper mode).
Medium: English & Bengali.
